From Keith to Portessie via Buckie. The line ran through the farmlands of Enzie.
At this point the Buckie line joined the Inverness and Aberdeen Junction Railway. The formation has now largely disappeared in bonded warehousing but the line can be traced to within a few hundred yards of the junction.
This location is now a house.

The trackbed is overgrown at this point. The photograph looks towards Keith from a point to the West of Drybridge Platform.
This location is now a series of houses, the roadbridge has been demolished.
The Railway now forms a lane through some of Buckie, the station site being occupied by garages and a car repair shop.
The left photograph shows the area of the platform. The station building was on the left. Behind the building in the centre of the photograph the station-agent's house still remains. To the left of this view the goods shed still stands (shown in right photograph).
See the entry for the Moray Coast Railway (GNSR).
At this point the Highland Railway route joined the Great North of Scotland Railway's Moray Coast Railway.
