This company owned lines in Wales (the relatively short Goodwick to Fishguard Harbour line) and in Ireland (Rosslare Harbour [Pier] to Waterford). The portion in Ireland was owned by the English Great Western Railway and Irish Great Southern and Western Railway.

Large bridges required: Suir Viaduct (1,210ft) and Barrow Viaduct (2,131ft, Ireland's longest bridge). Rosslare Pier to be extended by Charles Brand of Glasgow.
