This is a closed line. It was originally to have run from Portadown to Dungannon but was extended on beyond to Omagh.

/ /1874	Dungannon and Cookstown Railway Incorporated. Supported by Ulster Railway and Portadown, Dungannon and Omagh Railway.
/ /1876	Portadown, Dungannon and Omagh Railway Absorbed by Ulster Railway.
/ /1879	Dungannon and Cookstown Railway Opened from Dungannon Junction (Portadown, Dungannon and Omagh Railway) to Cookstown [DandCR], alongside the existing Cookstown [BandNCR] station.
/ /1883	Londonderry and Enniskillen Railway Portadown, Dungannon and Omagh Railway Omagh station rebuilt.
/ /1902	Portadown, Dungannon and Omagh Railway Doubled from Portadown Junction to Annaghmore.

/ /1906	Portadown, Dungannon and Omagh Railway Doubled from Dungannon to Donaghmore. (The line between Trew and Moy and Dungannon could not be doubled due to the single track through Dungannon Tunnel .)

/ /1959	Portadown, Dungannon and Omagh Railway Singled from Trew and Moy to Portadown Junction.
04/01/1965	Dungannon and Cookstown Railway Line closed with closure from Coalisland to Dungannon Junction. Planned closure of Portadown, Dungannon and Omagh Railway delayed.
15/02/1965	Portadown, Dungannon and Omagh Railway Londonderry and Enniskillen Railway Closure from Portadown Junction to Londonderry [Foyle Road] via Omagh. Traffic from Dublin for Donegal diverted via Coleraine instead.
