Bescot
08788, now the Inverness shunter, is glimpsed here in 1979 stabled at Bescot Depot alongside 56045, later in service as Fastline's 56301 and now preserved. Class 25, Bo-Bo Type 2, 25300 rumbles through with a freight on the line behind the station platform having arrived from the north. This loco was less fortunate, being withdrawn from Crewe in 1985 and cut up at Doncaster the following year.
