Penicuik [2nd]
Clayton D8561, the locomotive allocated to handle the last freight to visit Penicuik, shunts Valleyfield paper mill in the early part of April 1967. The branch had lost its passenger service 16 years earlier. For a posed photograph featuring the train crew see image 29992.
