A Class 66 locomotive heads a train of empty car transporters through Fréjus towards Toulon. This busy stretch of line is dominated by electric traction including a variety of freight, TGV units, push-pull sets & conventional locomotive hauled coaching stock and this was the only diesel powered train that I saw during my time there.
