Footplate view from Class 14 0-6-0DH D9539 approaching the RSR station on Preston Dock during an evening group visit to the site on 22 April. The rake of seven empty bitumen tankers on the left, plus seven more in the unloading siding, would be tripped down the dock branch the following morning to be taken back to Lindsey Refinery near Immingham.
