The paddle steamer Waverley calls at Tighnabruaich on 1 August 2015 whilst on a cruise from Glasgow. Behind the ex LNER steamer is the Island of Bute. In the building at the entrance to the pier were poster boards still displaying 'British Railways' in Scottish Region colours.
