Description

This was a two platform station on the north side of a level crossing. The main building, a stone two storey building, was on the northbound platform. The goods siding was on the west side, north of level crossing.

The signal box (which partly remains) was on the south side of the crossing, on the east side of the line.

The station building remains standing, in use as a house.

To the south loops were installed on either side of the line, now lifted. These ran as far south as Beal station.

Windmill Hill Farm is to the west and Goswick under a mile to the south east.

Local

Goswick Links Golf Club is to the east of the former station.

To the north is the large Cheswick Sands beach.
