This was a narrow gauge railway on the island of Ailsa Craig, off the Ayrshire coast, which connected a pier, the North Port, on the east side of the island to the Foreland Point lighthouse and its small gas works. An extension of this line south served a quarry on the south side of the island. The line carried stone quarried for curling stones (and granite sleepers). The lighthouse's foghorn is located on the south side of the island. Some track remains in place. Today Kay's Curling Stones make and supply curling stones.
