Falkirk Gasworks
Thornhill Road Level crossing, on the former Falkirk Gasworks branch, surprisingly still exists in 2017. See image 32764 of a train on the branch in 1961 with D2778. This location is about 1/4 mile west of Bill's photograph, looking south west towards what was Springfield goods yard (now Central Retail Park).
