Sunnyside Junction
A Balloch train heads west at Sunnyside Junction, shortly after leaving Coatbridge Sunnyside station in January 2007. The line coming in bottom centre is from Whifflet South Junction and the partially lifted line heading off centre right under the bridge once ran to Gunnie Yard. On the left of the picture are some of the exhibits at the Summerlee Heritage Museum and on the horizon stand the cranes of Coatbridge Freightliner Terminal.
