Looking west towards Cowdenbeath along the route of the former Kirkcaldy District Railway on 12 February 2008 from the point at which it passed below the Kinghorn - Kirkcaldy line at the southern end of Invertiel Viaduct en route to its intended destination at Seafield Harbour. The general overall condition of the arch/tunnel, with its absence of soot/smoke stains raises questions as to how much (if any) use was made of this particular section of the route prior to the eventual failure of the Kirkcaldy District Railway Seafield Harbour project.
