Royal Scot 46118 Royal Welch Fusilier, carrying a 12B Carlisle Upperby shedplate, restarts a heavy northbound train after picking up a banker at Beattock in the early 1960s. The locomotive arrived at Upperby from 21A Saltley in 1963 and was withdrawn in June 1964.
