Rufford
153332 leads an Ormskirk - Preston service between Burscough Junction and Rufford on 3 April 2009. This former double track main line from Liverpool Exchange to the WCML at Farington Curve Junction now normally operates using a one train shuttle following severance at Ormskirk in the 1970s. On the left of the tracks is the base for the tank that supplied the former Rufford water troughs here during steam days.
