The line running east from here to the former High Marnham powerstation has been re-used as a rail vehicle development centre following closure of Ollerton Colliery siding, the Bevercotes Colliery branch and High Marnham powerstation and yard. The section includes a signalbox at Ollerton Colliery and sidings at Boughton Junction (junction for the Bevercotes Colliery branch).
