Snainton
Snainton station on the former Forge Valley line between Pickering and Scarborough seen looking south across the station forecourt on 20 October 2009. This was the only station with two platforms on the line however traffic was always light and the line closed in June 1950. The station building is now a private residence. The car in Station Road on the left of the picture is parked where the level crossing had been.
