Rolling thunder - the Llanwern ore trains headed by two 56's used to burst out of Hillfield tunnels sounding like Concorde on reheat. The size of Llanwern steelworks (proposed 1862, built 1962) can be judged by the fact that this train is about to turn right through ninety degrees, and will easily be contained within the works.
