Hoscar
Like New Lane and Bescar Lane, also on the Wigan to Southport line, Hoscar's Down platform has been moved to the other side of the automatic half barrier crossing. 142004 passes the old demolished platform as it runs through this country halt non-stop on its way to Southport, seen from the entrance to the new down platform. It seems the West Lancashire weather is better in November than August. See image 25241
