Last day ticket 3184 from Hawick to Edinburgh and back on 5 January 1969 for the DMU leaving around 1815 to Edinburgh. Normally this would be the DMU which had worked ecs to Hawick on the Saturday evening from Appleby and would return to Carlisle with the morning "Scud."
