Towcester
The WCML branch of the S&MJ ambles into Towcester. Behind the photographer, things get worse. A foot crossing of the A43 dual carriageway is available, but not recommended; there is a short, rubbish-filled cutting and dilapidated overbridge; and the station site, comprising a cancelled office development; a Porsche garage; and a Tesco store. Sic transit gloria.
