BR Standard class 4 no 76109 off Thornton Junction shed photographed with a Fife train from Edinburgh Waverley in the summer of 1959. The 2-6-0 has recently turned north at Saughton Junction and is now heading past Broomhall bound for the Forth Bridge and home.
