Aylsham South

The view west at Aylsham South (GE) on 30th June 1977. The line from Wroxham was then still in use as far as Lenwade via the Themelthorpe curve, but the track lifting was in connection with the station's recent closure to freight traffic. The station buildings survived until 1990 when, somewhat ironically, they were demolished to make way for the terminus of the narrow gauge Bure Valley Railway.
