Cumberland Street
Site of Cumberland Street station looking east from Eglinton Street in February 2010. The area in the foreground was part of the large original station, which had entrances on both Cumberland Street see image 13587 and Eglinton Street. Following closure in 1966 the Eglinton Street entrance was demolished and the route reduced from four to two tracks, with this area being landscaped to create an open space for the benefit of occupants of the new housing being built nearby.
