Welton
This former WCML station is just behind Watford Gap services on the M1. The modern, fast, large, and well maintained Pendo contrasts first with the small and slow track inspection carts, and secondly with the old-fashioned and distinctly under-maintained goods shed. With gaps in the roof and a tree growing out one window, it just doesn't look loved.
