Peebles Goods
The 2.17pm departure from Peebles passes Peebles goods yard en route to Galashiels on 3 February 1962, the final day of passenger services over the line. At the south end of the yard, just beyond the signal box, an NBR chord line (closed 1959) curved away from Peebles Junction on the left to the right, crossing the Tweed to link up with the Caledonian Railway terminus south of the river.
