Eupen

2753 of Kinkempois Depot, Liege, just arrived with a direct train from Brussels, backs down on to the stock after running round. The track in the foreground is the bay for terminating emus see image 32784 and off to the right the Vennbahn ran towards Raeren in Germany, round by Sourbrodt and Monschau, in and out of both countries, eventually crossing the Belgian border one final time at Kalterherberg. Eupen is the chief town in the German-speaking area of Belgium.
