Glasgow Central
The intermediate level at Glasgow Central has street accesses at each side of the south-west corner (behind the camera and to the right) and it's also the only way down to Platforms 16 and 17 from the main station upstairs. There is therefore quite a lot of coming and going here, but two figures in this picture of 5 February are not in such a hurry.
