Sowerby Bridge
This fine looking original L&YR station building overlooking the westbound platform at Sowerby Bridge contrasts with its 1960s canopies and modern shelters. Even better, it now hosts the Jubilee Refreshment Rooms and has become an established stopping off point on the West Yorkshire Rail Ale Trail. The building, station and other features of the railway appeared in several scenes of the Happy Valley crime dramas.
