A photograph of the station building at Longridge, probably taken around the time of final closure to goods and parcels in 1967, passenger services having ceased in 1930. This view looks towards the level crossing beyond which lay the goods yard and line to the quarries. The station building continued to be used after closure, principally as a St John Ambulance HQ, and this allowed it to survive until its recent conversion into a cafe and community centre See image 33685.
