Alloa [1st]
The cleared site of the original Alloa station platforms and goods yard in November 1985, showing retention of a chord of disused track from Cambus through to Kincardine and Longannet. Foundations are being laid for the Leisurebowl complex which still dominated this view in 2011. The foresight of those who insisted that the trackbed should be protected from development is to be highly commended. See image 13340
