Edinburgh Park
View west from Edinburgh Park towards the city centre on 27 October 2011. On the right the tramworks continue their inexorable progress west between the road and the railway, while on the left is the unusual sight, at this time of the afternoon at least (13.10), of the Kings Cross bound Highland Chieftain slowing for the Haymarket stop. The train was some 2 hours down on its schedule as a result of poor rail conditions (sic) south of Inverness.
