Apedale Valley
Is there room for a little one? The BLS all line tour of the Apedale Valley Light Railway only had room for 17 passengers and a brakeman. The engine is a 4-wheeled Simplex diesel with transverse radiator. The AVLR is located in the 454 acre Apedale Country Park near Newcastle-under-Lyme, once an opencast mining area.
