Preston
Not many trains pass through Preston non-stop these days but 6201 Princess Elizabeth did so on 15th October with the Royal Scot tour from Crewe to Carlisle. With County Hall in the background the driver of the LMS Pacific opens the regulator and accelerates through Platform 4 heading for the Lancaster lines.
