Another one of the many redundant steam locomotives to have spent time 'stored' in the yard at Bathgate pending disposal. This is 'Scott' class no 62432 Quentin Durward, photographed there in April 1959. The 4-4-0 had been withdrawn from Hawick shed in December 1958 and was eventually cut up at Motherwell Machinery & Scrap, Wishaw, in February 1960.
