The tortoise and the hare ...or perhaps the donkey and the racehorse? On the left the 14.09 service to Liverpool Lime Street gets underway from Leyland, just as the 13.59 from Preston to Euston passes at speed on 6 February 2012. Meanwhile, on the platform, the men in orange have returned to erect the new shelters.
