The Lakelander special from Euston to Sellafield drifts downhill at Lindal-in-Furness in May 1976 behind Nos. (6)1306 and 4472. The M&GNJRS railtour will fork right a couple of miles further on at Dalton Junction in order to avoid Barrow-in-Furness.
