Waterloo
A Class 421 (4-CIG) emu waiting to leave Waterloo in 1981 with other commuter stock stabled in the west sidings in the background. [This section of the station would change beyond recognition just over 10 years later when the International terminus for the new Eurostar services was built here. These would be handled at Waterloo from 1994 until finally being moved to the transformed St Pancras station in 2007.]
