Strathcarron
The 1757 Inverness to Kyle service runs alongside the A890 just west of Strathcarron station. 158707 was photographed in between courses at the (recommended) Carron Restaurant that overlooks the line at this point. The unit will stable overnight in Kyle and form the early morning service back to Inverness.
