Darlington Shed
BR Standard Class 3 2-6-0 no 77000 on Darlington shed, thought to have been photographed in the early 1960s. The view is south with the locomotive standing in the works queue sidings. In the background is the footbridge giving access to the DMU servicing area on the west side of the ECML see image 23632. No 77000 survived until the end of 1966 when it was finally withdrawn from Stourton shed (55B).
