Heaton
Activity at the north end of Heaton yard in the sixties. The locomotive is J27 0-6-0 no 65831, which spent all its BR years at North Blyth until eventual withdrawal in February 1966. Note the Wills cigarette factory in the background on the other side of the Coast Road.
