Tyne Viaduct [Border Counties]
A misty morning on the Tyne a mile west of Hexham station in May 2006. The photograph is taken looking north from alongside the site of Border Counties Junction on the Newcastle - Carlisle route see image 9290 and shows the remains of the bridge that took the Border Counties Line across the river at the start of its journey north to Riccarton Junction.
