The Bonded Goods Depot at Derby Friargate was virtually derelict on my last visit in 1981; so for a brick building without much roof, and with extensive internal arson damage, it's doing well more than 30 years on. This is the East end of the building, which used to include an apartment for the depot manager. One way and another, you wouldn't want to live there now.
