Duisburg-Wedau
DB class 50 2-10-0 No. 053 075 was another late built example of the class constructed to a simplified design, in this case retaining its original 'bath-tub' tender. Here it is retiring into the roundhouse at Duisburg-Wedau shed after a Saturday morning's toil around the Ruhr, which was still had a number of steam depots in 1975. The situation was similar to the last months of steam on BR in Lancashire during 1968 except that the locos were a lot cleaner!
