Galashiels [1st]
Looking north through Galashiels station in Spring 1971. The LNER 1937 colour light signalling in evidence here was almost abandoned - and replaced by semaphores - as part of a proposed resignalling scheme in BR days, but survived until the demise of the Waverley Route
