Farington Junction
After signifcant amounts of snow had fallen (and drifted) elsewhere in the north of England, the area around Farington Junction on the WCML had few problems on 23 March. The services passing through the area were however subject to knock-on delays from elsewhere, including this late running southbound Virgin Voyager.
