Coasting down hill in the morning mist is Black 5 44932, which is about to work The Lancastrian charter around the Preston-Carnforth-Hellifield-Blackburn-Preston loop. The engine and its support coach had worked down from Carnforth and have just turned on the Farington triangle ready for the northbound departure from Preston. See image 42082
