Carlisle
On 5 August 1967, some two months before its final withdrawal, Black 5 no 44775 is about to take out the 1.26pm Glasgow Central - Morecambe Promenade from Carlisle platform 4. The Kingmoor-based 4-6-0 had just taken over the summer Saturday service, which had arrived here via Kilmarnock.
