Long Marton
The Lord Bishop commemorative tour of 30th September 1978 from London Euston to Appleby, where a memorial service was held for the late Rt Rev Eric Treacy, continued further north to Armathwaite where reversal took place, with 35028 Clan Line coupling on to take the train back south as far as Hellifield. The location is thought to be Long Marton.
