MoD 278 with stored multiple units at Burton Dassett in 1993. The nearby original station here (originally Warwick Road) closed shortly after WW2. The location is now part of the massive MoD complex at Kineton, at the end of a branch from Fenny Compton. MoD Kineton extends to several hundred acres and has its own internal rail network. Part of the site is used for the secure storage of locomotives, rolling stock and other items on behalf of various UK Train Operating Companies.
